Yes, two months rent must be paid as a deposit before moving in.

Yes, the minimum rental period is 6 months, the maximum rental period is 3 years. An extension is of course possible afterwards!

A valid copy of your personal identity card or passport, as a student or trainee your certificate of enrollment/training contract/internship contract and a proof of liability insurance.

Yes, you can. The rental contract must be signed by a parent or guardian who will vouch for you.

It is a flat all-inclusive rental price, at the end of the year there is no service charge settlement. Included are cold rent, flat-rate operating costs, internet and furniture rental.

A service fee is due upon conclusion of the rental contract. Before your tenancy agreement starts you have to transfer the rent deposit and the first all-in rent to our bank account. You will find the bank details on the first page of the rental agreement. Is there a sample rental agreement available for review?

The rent is debited via SEPA direct debit. The rent can be debited on the 1st or 15th of a month. Please note: If a direct debit is not possible and/or the rent is paid too late, reminder fees will be charged. Constantly late rent payments can lead to a warning + fees and termination without notice.

You should bring towels, pillows and blanket, bed linen and your personal belongings.
